What if, in the midst of a big decision or transition, like career re-invention, your future self could gently whisper in your ear and tell you that you’d navigate things just fine?

Even better, what if you could have a conversation and tap your own wisdom?

40:20 Vision, created by Christina Vuleta, is about as close to that as we can get.  A forum and resource to start conversations, share experiences and facilitate mentoring between generations, 40:20 brings women in their 40’s to share their insights with women in their 20’s, on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to relationships.

If you’re like some of my clients, and are exploring a professional or personal transition, you might relate to some of the themes that a young woman addresses in this question that I was invited to answer as a guest on 40:20.
